How long does it take for my order to ship?

 

Standard Shipping Methods (Ground, and Priority Mail): We ship orders as quickly as the same business day, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!

Expedited Shipping (Express and ASAP): Orders must be received by 10 a.m. EST to ship same day. If received after 10 a.m., orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as FedEx does not deliver expedited orders on weekends.

How do I track my order?

 

As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Click here to track your package.

My order status says, "pending." What does that mean?

 

'Pending' just means that our system successfully received your order! Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, we'll email you a tracking number, and your order status will change to 'Shipped.'

Domestic (US) Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

For The Contiguous US:

 

We have four domestic (contiguous US states) flat-rate shipping options:

  • FREE Savvy Saver: Delivered by USPS, in partnership with FedEx. After your order is processed, transit time is typically 4 to 9 business days, with delivery Monday-Saturday. FREE for US ground shipping, this option will automatically show up in the checkout process.

  • $8 Ground: Via FedEx. After your order is processed, transit time is typically 2 to 5 business days, with delivery Tuesday-Saturday.   +More Info on FedEx.com

  • $14 Express (Second Day Air): Via FedEx. For orders placed before 10 a.m. EST, delivery is 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday*.   +More Info on FedEx.com

  • $21 ASAP (Overnight): Via FedEx. For orders placed before 10 a.m. EST, delivery is the next business day (Monday-Friday) morning or afternoon, depending on destination*    +More Info on FedEx.com

What's so special about ModGirl Too's shipping materials?

 

As an eco-friendly company, we pride ourselves on using environmentally conscious packaging. Today, most retailers incorporate just a ratio of eco-friendliness into their shipping methods by settling for a 30/70 split of recycled and new materials. However, our boxes are made of 100% post-consumer recycled content! It's unique because it's an end product that has completed its life cycle as a consumer item, which would have otherwise been disposed of as solid waste. We also use reusable and recyclable poly bags & envelopes for small orders. Here's to a more colorful, Earth-friendly future!
